Sour cherry extra jam
The sour taste of the cherries stays unchanged, because they are harvested when they are perfectly ripe and then prepared in a traditional way. The fruit is simmered at length only with the addition of cane sugar. Ideal for making “Santa Rosa”, a puff pastry cake whose recipe was created in a convent during the eighteenth century.
