(WITH CITRONETTE DRESSING)

Octopus simply cooked in the traditional way, in salted water and vinegar, to preserve its natural flavour, then carefully cut into perfect wafer-thin slices. Delicious as it comes or dressed with the Citronette sauce which brings out its aroma and colour.

Octopus 98% (Octopus vulgaris. Wild), salt, wine vinegar, gelling agents: carrageenan and gelatin. Citronette dressing.

Our advices

Remove the pack from the refrigerator 5 minutes before serving. Next, separate the slices and arrange them on a plate. Sachet of dressing: shake and warm the sachet between your hands for a few seconds before opening, then pour over the slices of octopus and serve.
