These ravioli propose the classic braised beef recipe from Piedmont as a first course dish. The filling, prepared by gently and slowly braising the beef in herbs, vegetables and red wine, is now even more succulent and tasty thanks to the new pasta shape. Ideal with a light meat ragout

Soft wheat flour, eggs, durum wheat semolina.

Braised meat, mortadella, breadcrumbs, hard cheese, salt, flavouring, pepper

Our advices

Add the ravioli to a large pan of salted water as soon as it comes to the boil, and cook over a medium heat for 4/5 minutes
