To prepare our products we use ingredients that respect nature and seasonality, raw materials of the territory and subjected to strict controls, from the field to the table.

The tomato we use for our pastas and sauces is grown exclusively in Emilia-Romagna. Raw material of the territory, processed fresh, with a short and controlled supply chain, so as to deserve the recognition "Quality Controlled" by Emilia-Romagna's region. Our jams are prepared using very high percentages of top quality fruit, 100% Italian, and with the addition of certified Italian sugar. For our legumes, a source of protein, we use iodized salt protected Presal®, which ensures an intake of iodine absorbable, essential component for the proper functioning of the thyroid.

FINI fresh stuffed pasta is prepared with only common wheat flour and durum wheat semolina 100% Italian and with eggs from hens raised on the ground.
