The tomato we use for our pastas and sauces is grown exclusively in Emilia-Romagna. Raw material of the territory, processed fresh, with a short and controlled supply chain, so as to deserve the recognition "Quality Controlled" by Emilia-Romagna's region.
Our jams are prepared using very high percentages of top quality fruit, 100% Italian, and with the addition of certified Italian sugar.
For our legumes, a source of protein, we use iodized salt protected Presal®, which ensures an intake of iodine absorbable, essential component for the proper functioning of the thyroid.
